Doodlea ("we", "us") operates the Doodlea digital colouring studio. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website and services.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — email address and password (stored securely) when you register, or the email from your Google account if you sign in with Google.
- Artwork — the colourings you save and choose to share in the community gallery.
- Usage data — which tools and designs you use, to help us improve the app.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Wix Payments / Base44 Payments); we only store your subscription status, never your card details.
3. How we use your data
To provide your account, save and show your artwork, process premium memberships, send service emails (such as password resets), and improve our features. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you (providing the service), and our legitimate interests in improving and securing the app.
5. Sharing your data
We share data only with our service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery) under strict data-processing terms, and where required by law. Artwork you share to the community gallery is public.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and saved artwork for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's privacy
Doodlea is suitable for children. Where a child provides personal data, we process it only as described here, and parents or guardians may contact us to manage or delete a child's data.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
